Film Content:
Thirty years after the Mask vanished from public memory, Stanley Ipkiss has traded his outrageous adventures for a quiet and predictable life. But everything changes when the legendary artifact unexpectedly resurfaces during a museum robbery, unleashing a wave of supernatural chaos that quickly spreads throughout Edge City.
Jim Carrey returns as Stanley, who is forced to wear the Mask once again and discovers that its ancient magic has evolved in ways even he could never have imagined. Now connected to modern technology, social media, artificial intelligence, and digital entertainment, the Mask can transform reality itself into an unpredictable playground where imagination becomes more powerful than the laws of nature.
The situation becomes even more dangerous when a mysterious online movement known as the Chaos Collective begins gaining millions of followers. Led by the flamboyant and unpredictable Rex Riot, portrayed by Jack Black, the group wants to harness the Mask’s limitless energy and use it to plunge the digital world into permanent insanity.
As viral livestreams begin altering reality, AI-generated illusions become physically real, and impossible cartoon physics spread across the city, Edge City descends into spectacular chaos. Buildings transform, vehicles behave impossibly, and ordinary citizens suddenly find themselves trapped inside a world where anything can happen.
Cameron Diaz returns as Tina Carlyle, bringing warmth and familiarity as she reunites with Stanley during the crisis. Jenna Ortega joins the adventure as Stanley’s fiercely intelligent daughter, who initially believes logic can solve every problem but gradually discovers that imagination may be the only weapon capable of defeating the Chaos Collective.
Keith David returns as Lieutenant Kellaway, whose frustration reaches new heights as he once again attempts to track down the most impossible criminal in Edge City.
With outrageous comedy, explosive action, dazzling visual effects, supernatural mayhem, and Jim Carrey’s unmistakable physical energy, The Mask: Reborn brings one of cinema’s most iconic characters into a new era while celebrating the wild imagination that made the original legend unforgettable.
Every hero hides another face. Every laugh breaks reality. And every legend deserves an encore
