The boys are back—and this time, their biggest problem is growing up without losing what made them legends.

In GROWN UPS 3 (2026), Lenny Feder and his lifelong friends reunite in the lakeside hometown where years of outrageous adventures created memories their families will never forget. But with their children approaching adulthood, the guys are discovering that midlife comes with new challenges, questionable decisions, and absolutely no shortage of embarrassing moments.

Their peaceful family weekend takes a wild turn when an ambitious real estate tycoon announces plans to transform their beloved community into an exclusive luxury resort. The threat is bigger than a few familiar hangouts disappearing. It means losing the place where their friendships began, their families grew, and their most ridiculous stories were born.

Naturally, these grown men decide that the best way to fight a powerful developer is with an arsenal of terrible ideas.

From outrageous neighborhood competitions and elaborate pranks to spectacularly misguided schemes, Lenny, Eric, Kurt, Marcus, and Rob launch a campaign that turns the entire town upside down. Every victory comes with a disaster, every argument becomes a competition, and every attempt at being responsible proves why nobody should trust these guys with a serious plan.

But beneath the chaos, something meaningful begins to emerge. As their children join the fight, the friends realize that protecting their hometown is also about passing down the friendships, traditions, and values that shaped them.

Packed with outrageous laughs, family chaos, nostalgic reunions, and unforgettable misadventures, GROWN UPS 3 delivers one timeless reminder: you can get older, but with the right friends, growing up is always optional.
